1 November commemorative banner
On national day, the site shows an animated commemorative banner in the colours of the national flag; everything returns to normal the next day.
Dashboard & statistics
Dashboard opening
While it loads, the logo shows in the middle of the page rather than a grey frame, then the blocks appear one after another. A machine set for reduced motion sees the result without the movement.
“Add parcel” shortcut
From the dashboard header, a quick menu lets you create a new parcel or import parcels from Excel in one click.
Shipping terms
Direct access, from the dashboard, to the company’s shipping terms page, shown in the language of the interface.

Creating & importing parcels
New parcel
Create a parcel by entering the customer, phone numbers, address, wilaya and delivery mode. Only the services actually provided in that wilaya are offered: an unserved mode is disabled with its explanation, and a wilaya only disappears if neither mode is provided there.
Automatic pricing
The delivery price and the amount charged on cancellation appear automatically, based on the wilaya and the delivery mode.
Parcel with exchange
Flag a parcel that involves swapping a product on delivery.
Product catalogue
Pick the item straight from your catalogue, on accounts that manage their stock.
Bulk Excel import
Create hundreds of parcels at once by importing an Excel file built from a ready-made template.
Checks before import
Every line of the file is validated (wilaya, commune, office, reference, service provided in the wilaya) and errors are reported before anything is created, with their exact reason.

Find your parcels sorted by stage: in preparation, ready to ship, all my parcels, and deleted parcels.
Financial summary by wilaya
From the icon in the title, protected by the super admin password, open a summary of the view: total amount, “to collect” if everything is delivered, a pie breakdown and a per-wilaya table, with an analysis of the most profitable wilayas.
Advanced filters
Filter your parcels by wilaya, progress (at the office, out for delivery, dispatched, collected…), status, presence of an exchange and date range. Progress and status accept several values at once, and the date range applies to the creation, the delivery, the intake, the update or the status date — the day the courier set the parcel’s status.
Parcel search
Find a parcel instantly by tracking number or by customer details.
Editing
Correct a parcel’s details for as long as it is still in preparation.
Deletion & restore
Delete a parcel still in preparation, and restore it later if needed.
Duplicate detection
Automatically spot duplicate orders from the same customer, to avoid pointless shipments.
Parcel history
Review the full history of the stages a parcel has gone through.
Status update

Reliability & tracking tools
Customer check
Check how reliable a customer is from their phone number (successful and cancelled deliveries) before shipping. The “Check a customer” button, in the “In preparation” toolbar, opens that check without leaving your list and recalls the quota you have left; once it runs out, the check is blocked with an explicit message.
Reliability in the parcel list
On “In preparation” and “Ready to ship”, a “Reliability” column shows each customer’s success rate as a coloured chip, with the number of parcels already delivered and cancelled just below. A customer never seen before shows a dash, never “0%”.
Filter by reliability
On those same two lists, a button opens a two-slider setting to show only customers within a given reliability band, with the choice of keeping those without history or not. The filter applies to all your parcels, not only the page on screen.
Pinned parcels
Pin your important parcels with a comment to keep them within reach.
Global history
Review every action taken across all of your parcels, day by day.
Served communes & offices
Check the list of covered communes and stop desk offices, wilaya by wilaya.
Finances and payouts
My balance in real time
Check your total balance and your ready-to-pay balance at any time, with the detail of the deductions (delivery, weight, service, packaging, refunds and fees on cancelled parcels). The ready balance shows the real net that will be paid, and can go negative if your refunds exceed it.
Next payout estimate
See straight away the net amount of your next payout, computed from your ready balance minus cancellations and pending refunds.
Online payout request
Request payment of your balance directly from the platform, choosing the office where you will collect your money, within the counter’s opening days and hours. On the following days a reminder shows your latest request — amount, date and state — until “Collected”.
Detail of each balance
Open the parcel-by-parcel list behind your balances (delivered, ready to pay, cancellations to settle) with the net amount calculation, selectable and exportable to Excel.
Payout history
Find all your payouts with, for each one, the number of parcels, the delivery rate, the detailed amounts and the receipt status, filterable by period.
Receipt confirmation
Confirm you received a payout in a single click: the amount is credited automatically to your treasury. Payouts to collect at the office with the code received by email are marked “At the counter” and have no confirmation button.
Payout detail
Review the parcels bundled in a payout, with their status, their fees, and access to the full history of each parcel.
Treasury, refunds and pricing
Treasury ledger
Follow all your money in and out in a detailed ledger, with an always up-to-date overall balance.
Expenses and cash in
Record an expense or an incoming payment yourself, with an amount and a comment, to keep your books current.
Refund tracking
Review the list of your refunds with their status and the payout they are attached to.
Overall activity view
Get a view of everything since day one: number of payouts, parcels delivered and cancelled, fees withheld and total amount collected.

Online claims
File a claim on a parcel (address change, amount, exchange, date, phone…) straight from the platform, based on the reason you pick.
Claim tracking
Filter your claims by status and by date, read the team’s answer, and cancel a request while it is still pending. The “Ongoing” tab, shown by default, gathers everything still awaiting an answer with no date limit at all: a claim opened last week stays visible.
Telegram notifications
Connect your Telegram account to receive parcel status changes in real time, ticking exactly the statuses you care about.
Claim alerts
Get notified on Telegram at every step of your claims: taken over, processed or refused.
Querying the bot
Send a single word to the bot to get your figures live: “today” returns the parcels received and delivered today, “reclamation” the claims summary. The word must be sent on its own, and the answer comes back in its language.

Clear connection
