What is TonColis?
TonColis is a parcel delivery platform with cash on delivery in Algeria. It brings together a workspace for online merchants, a back-office for operations teams, and a public API to connect an online store.
How does cash on delivery work?
The courier collects the parcel amount from the customer on handover. The sum is then added to your balance, which you follow in real time from your workspace, and paid out on request at the office of your choice.
Do you deliver to homes and to pickup points?
Both modes are supported: home delivery by commune and pickup at a stop desk office. Each mode has its own pricing per wilaya, available directly from your workspace.
Do I need to install software?
No. The merchant workspace and the admin panel run entirely in a browser, with no installation. Only couriers use a mobile app, which also works offline.
Can I connect my online store?
Yes. A public REST API in JSON lets you create parcels in batches, follow their status and keep your orders in sync. Signed webhooks notify your system on every change, with no polling.
How do I track the profitability of my shipments?
Your workspace computes, wilaya by wilaya, your delivery rate, your cost per delivered parcel, your net revenue per shipped parcel and the average delivery time over 90 days, with an automatic ranking of the most profitable wilayas.
